What happened as a joke is gradually turning out to be something serious.
That's because Ghanaian
actress, Jackie Appiah who was accused of messing around with some
Ghanaian national football team and the country's former Sports'
Minsiter, Elvis Afriyie-Ankrah, will be facing the World Cup Commission
today, Monday, Sept.29 for questioning.
Ghana Web says the
actress will stand before the panel to clear herself of all rumour that
she sold herself to the former Sports Minister Elvis Afriyie-Ankrah in
Brazil during the just concluded world cup.
Don't forget, Jackie Appiah wasx one of the several Ambassadors for the FIFA 2014 World Cup.
According to the Ghana
Web, Afriyie-Ankrah already denied the rumours after before the same
Commission which is probing Ghana’s poor performance at the football
showpiece.
